Working methods for a faithful translation

1. Estimate

Every translation estimate includes: the total number of words in the documents to be translated, the total price of the service, the delivery deadline in working days from definitive reception of the documents to be translated, payment terms and conditions.
On reception of your agreement, we will forward you an acknowledgement by mail or fax.

2. Attentive to the customers needs

We take account of your demands, special requests and remarks whether this be in terms of terminology, file format, delivery etc.

3. Working method

Each file is sent to the translator along with any dictionaries and any specialised in-house or external glossaries required for the field in question. The translator complies with the customer's wishes as regards terminology and accesses internet resources to obtain accurate up-to-the-minute vocabulary. Each new project enables our glossaries to be continually enriched.

Then the reviewer, in close cooperation with the translator, takes over and finalises the document through an in-depth review to achieve perfect quality.

Our translators and reviewers only work in their native languages and in their specialised fields. They are all professionals with higher education qualifications (translators, engineers, …). We run a final check (page format, spelling...) before sending the translation to the customer.
